• Do I need planning permission for a new roof? +

  In most cases, replacing a roof with the same or similar materials is permitted development and does not require planning permission. However, if your property is in a conservation area, is listed, or you want to significantly change the roofing material, you may need consent. We advise on planning requirements during the free survey.

• What guarantee do you offer on roofing work? +

  All new roof installations come with a written workmanship guarantee. GRP fibreglass roofs carry a 20-year guarantee. Bauder flat roof system installations include a manufacturer's product warranty. The specific guarantee for your job is confirmed in writing before work begins.

• Are Hills Roofing Ltd fully insured? +

  Yes. Hills Roofing Ltd carries full public liability and employer's liability insurance. We are a Bauder Approved Contractor and Checkatrade verified. Proof of insurance is available on request.

• Do you offer emergency roofing? +
